Iraq war is likely to go on trial along with Libby

Libby, Libby, Libby. Ok, the wingers are hard at work trying to blame everybody for this White House mess except those who broke the law. Bill Clinton, Ambassador Joe Wilson, his wife ex-CIA operative Valerie Plame, OJ Simpson, Michael Jackson..everyone except Libby, Cheney, Miller or whoever else actually involved are the "victims". Quite simply, republicans are in a perpetual state of denial. They can do no wrong. They feel this way because they believe in God and the American flag. Bush is for God and country, so any other viewpoint must be against God and country. Well that's what Rush, O'Reily, Hannity, Coulter and every other right wing extreme pundit says.

The bottom line is that these *uckers are cold busted. Wilson/Plame was smeared because he basically squashed the notion that Hussein was trying to buy some yellow cake from Niger. That was a lie. You remember the 16 words from W's State of the Union in 03 that he was supposed to have taken out. We went to war based on lies. It has caused thousands of deaths. I still can't believe that people were so gullible in excepting the notion that Hussein was knee deep in a WMD program. The weapons inspectors said that they had not found anything and that they needed more time. Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld were intent on going in though. And here we are. We could have just contained Hussein with a couple of carriers and a few destroyers. The truth is slowly trickling out like a leaky faucet. Enough is enough. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.

The Ohio GOP/Bush Indictment you did not hear about.

Geez, the Bush people are just cranking out the hits! Didn't W say when he was running in 2000 that he wanted to bring dignity and ethics or something back to the Oval Office? When you elect a bunch of connected, self-righteous, hypocrites who want to do nothing but make that money - you get what you have. Bullshit.

You did not hear about this on the radio, tv or newspaper. This is a significant idictment but you heard nothing on the news. I know that the Libby Indictment was going down and FEMA blew it in FL after Wilma and Harriet Miers had to withdraw, so there was a lot on the news. In as much, I was able to get updates on Natalie Holloway still missing in Aruba and found out former DC Mayor Marion Barry was back in court for something but who knows. This story was much more significant and news worthy because it involves illegal funds that very well may have changed the outcome of the 04 election. Ohio was in question but the media ignored it so there was no investigation.

Here is the lowdown. This crony just got indicted for illegally funneling $45,000 into George W. Bush's 2004 re-election campaign. Oh yeah, it happen in Ohio of all places. That's right. The fat lady hasn't even taken the stage yet. The corruption is far from over.

Hurricane Wilma - When a Bush cares

When Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf early this September, many people laid blame at Mayor Nagin of New Orleans and Louisiana Gov. Blanco. The media, politicians and pundits were quick to point out how successful Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was with relief efforts after 4 hurricanes hit Florida in 2004. So if Bush did such a good job in 04 and we all learned about rescue & relief efforts after Katrina, why so much of a mess with Hurricane Wilma in 2005? It's an easy answer. Come on, you can figure it out. 2004 was a presidential election year. These country clubbers do what they need to do and only when they have to do it. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.

Sorry Harriet. It just won't work out.

Things must really be in a free fall at the White House. George W. Bush nominating Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court was an extremely incompetent move on many levels. It also proved something a thing or two:

1) Karl Rove & Dick Cheney have been obviously pre-occupied with their own scandals and were not thinking clearly when they offered her name for the Court or

2) George W for the first time took his own initiative to do his homework, brainstorm and think of a good nominee by himself and without the help of Uncle Dick and cousin Karl. George gets his big chance to prove he is a big boy and his legal nanny Harriet was the only genius he could think of to put on the high court. (Sigh). Next.....

George really knows how to anoint and appoint the wrong people for the wrong jobs. Mike Brown should never have been head of FEMA overseeing our nations emergency preparedness. Likewise, Harriet Miers should have never been put in the position she was by her friend George. What an buffoon. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.

Exxon Mobil Posts New Record for Profit

From the "chatter" I am hearing, there is no gas shortage. 65 refineries were supposedly destroyed in the aftermath of Katrina. Did you see any pictures or video of the destroyed platforms? I didn't either. We are going to pay high ass gas prices for as long as they can squeeze it out of us. You remember who is in charge of the Bush White House energy policy? Dick Cheney. God help us. The Fallen Legion: Casualties of the Bush Administration

How many people have had to jump off the Bush Love Boat? A lot. Take a look at all of the casualties of the Bush Regime. Hopefully the right-wing, radical, republican congress will be the next group to have to leave DC. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.

Idea for Democrats in 2006: Midterm Convention

America should do itself a big favor and reject the GOP republican majority Congress in 2006.

Republicans are too radical, i.e. - Terry Schiavo.

Republicans are too wreckless, i.e. - War in Iraq.

Republicans are too gullible, i.e - WMD's and the Bin Laden-Hussein link.

How about hypocritical? This GOP Congress salivated at the notion of impeaching a President - Bill Clinton, for a personal affair in the office. The republicans were upset because Bill lied about his affair "under oath". Big fucking deal. You hear nothing from them about investigating their own damn party. Republicans set the stage with investigation into frivolous issues like Monica and White Water. That is why they look so fucking stupid trying to defend their own party for extreme abuses. Think about the severity of actions by George Bush, Karl Rove, Bill Frist, Tom Delay, Dick Cheney, Paul Bremer, Scooter Libby, Mike Brown, Jeff Gannon..(phew - there are more.) What about the Downing Street Memo? No WMD's? No Bin Laden. We are suffering with high gas prices, a huge deficit, low military enrollment, failure in Iraq, diminished international regard and respect, a major racial divide, out of control evangelicals - enough is enough.

Give the democrats a shot again in 2006. In 2006 and 2008, my conscious will not let me vote for any democrat that gave Bush authorization to go into Iraq. So as much as I like you Joe Biden, John Edwards and Hillary Clinton - you gave Bush the power and thus I can't back you if you run for President. There simply was no credible evidence to give Bush the authority to go into Iraq. Now the once shining city on the hill is dirty and corrupt thanks to Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, James Baker and your democrat vote.

With such consequential issues on the table, the democrats might do themselves some good by having a mid-term election convention. If they did it right, it could be a good opportunity to point out how much of an utter, complete, corrupt and miserable failure this George W. Bush Administration has been. I think the biggest insult of all is the fact that Bush stole the election in both 2000 and 2004.

I think the major platforms should be - 1) An Immediate but incremental withdrawal from Iraq. 2) Combat Illegal Immigration. 3) Fight corruption & fraud. That is a start. Keep it short, sweet, fair and timely. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it. See you in Congress.

Bush Teleconference With Soldiers Staged

Karl Rove in Association with White House Pictures Group presents: Fake Video Conference. I have said before that the Bush Administration will go down in history as the most corrupt White House ever. A part of its deception is its blatant manipulation of "news". Everything is scripted. Here is a beautiful example of when the curtain is accidentally pulled back to expose the Wizard. Vice President Cheney's Halliburton Stock Rises 3281% in 2 years.

Cheney's Halliburton portfolio went from $240,000 to $8 million in 2 years. No-bid, Halliburton contracts to rebuild Iraq and New Orleans can really beef up your portfolio huh?. If you have some friends on the inside. Dick Cheney should go to jail. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.

Why George Bush picked Harriet Miers for the Supreme Court

I did not realize that right-wing, radical republicans had such a hard-on for Sandra Day O'Connors spot on the Supreme Court. Those people live to stop gay marriage and overturn Roe v. Wade. Was John Roberts just a "gimme" to Bush? Roberts had no paper-trail either and went so far to say that Roe v. Wade was the "Law of the land".

But when Bush picked Harriet you would have thought the world had come to an end. Right wing pundits and listeners to their radio and cable shows have been calling in by the droves to basically bitch slap both George for his incompetence in picking her and Harriet herself for being in over her intellectual head. Why are they surprised now? Bush & Company have been doing nothing but appointing lawyers to positions of importance that they have zero experience in. Paul Bremer in Iraq, Mike Brown at FEMA and a host of others. Hell, Bush himself did not have the experience to be President. W was a puppet Governor in Texas for 5 years and then his brother, Florida Governor Jeb Bush hands him that states electoral votes on a silver platter in 2000 and his dad, Dick Cheney and James Baker handed him the Supreme Court decision not to count all of the Florida votes.

So right wing republicans have raised their ugly "Christian" heads. I hope this riff in the GOP costs them Congress in 2006. But why did George do it? Out of all the people he could have chosen, he picked another Texas crony who was on the Dallas City Council and ended up being Georges personal lawyer in the White House. Some resume.

The reason George picked Harriet is because he knows that his own personal corruption, conspiracy and abuse of power case might end up before that very court. George & company do not want a legal genius deciphering the Constitution when his ass will be on the line. They want someone who will do exactly what the fuck they tell them to do. They need their own hand picked "bitch" on the court (no pun intended) who will take their talking points and hand delivered White House opinions and put them on Supreme Court letterhead. That political prostitute happens to be Harriet Miers. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.
