New Orleans could lose most blacks - Hurricanes' Aftermath

Could lose most blacks? Just take a look at the footage of the 2006 Mardi Gras. It looked like a Trent Lott house party if you know what I mean. Why were tens of thousands N.O. residents shipped off to all 50 states instead of keeping them close to home? Because they knew they couldn't get back. And since they aren't around to claim their property, Bush Inc. will step in and take the land and have developers turn it into a "new" New Orleans that everyone can be proud of. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.
