Who will feel budget's impact?

With President Bush's new budget for America, Medicaid recipients can expect higher copayments and deductibles. College students may face higher interest rates on student loans, as lenders are squeezed. Work requirements for women on welfare are likely to be tightened. Federal aid to states for child-support enforcement will be curtailed. And of course gas prices will go back up and our phone calls and e-mails will be monitored. While we keep our borders open and turn over 6 major harbor ports to the Arabs. I'm Chaz Atlas and that's how I see it.
